Matt Johnson, Licensed Certified Building Contractor - Project Manager

Matt holds over 12 years of experience as a Project Manager for several of the largest construction management firms in the southeast US, and is a Licensed Certified Building Contractor in the State of Florida ( #CBC1259810).

He has extensive experience working on several high profile projects including the Epic Hotel & Residences - a 54-story hotel and condominium high rise in Miami, a 21,000 sf historic single family home in Miami Beach, a 32-story luxury condo high rise, and a 60,000 sf private estate, among others. His specialties include customer service, budget and document control, demolition and rebuild, procurement and contracts, and LEED construction.

Matt joined the PGM team in 2014 as a Project Manager. Using his advanced knowledge of construction management processes and methods, he serves as an invaluable liaison between consultants, contractors, and owners. He understands all facets of the construction process, and provides detailed drawing reviews, manages full project life cycle budgets, as well as oversees all administration.
